The brief

Brief: One IT already runs MIS, M365, and helpdesk for hundreds of schools — but school and trust websites kept arriving as one-off requests. Each build drifted on plugins, theme choices, and handover. They needed WordPress at volume: templates that non-devs could run, bulk provisioning, and updates that did not break fifty sites at once.

What we shipped

Bulk WordPress delivery — shared theme patterns, controlled plugin sets, and rollout batches for schools, trusts, and charity sites. Less bespoke theatre per site, more predictable handover to the team already on the phone for everything else.
