Why this studio exists
Built differently, on purpose

The people paying for the software were rarely the people living with it.
Clients got a polished demo. The people using it every day were left wrestling with clunky workflows, missing features, and support that slowly disappeared.
That's why Half Shell Studios exists.
We're deliberately small and senior-led — named senior engineers on your system. The people who understand the problem are the people designing it, building it, and supporting it afterwards. No account managers relaying messages. No juniors hidden behind a slick sales deck. When someone is away, another senior who already knows the repos picks it up.
We also don't spend our time chasing business awards.
