The brief

Assignment: unify asset truth for teams on site and their clients. Maintenance, compliance, and inventory lived in different pictures; the product still felt like admin software, not something you open on a gate or harness.

What we shipped

Field-first revamp — one scan opens the live record. Compliance paths, stock moves, and checkpoints on phone or tablet first, with the same workflow underneath every client layout.

Tags tie to calibration, lifting gear, PAT, hose checks — whatever the client configures.
Per-client fields and layouts without losing a consistent workflow underneath.
In/out stock and checkpoints visible as they happen, not reconciled next week.
Evidence, reminders, and audit history where people already work — yard or desk.
